Getting to know Christ by walking in his shoes is the idea behind the Stations of the Cross.

This traditional prayer exercise invites pilgrims to meditate upon various 'stations' or stages of Christ's walk to Calvary. Artist Kathrin Burleson knows a lot about this. She has prayed the stations for years, and recently published her own watercolor versions of the stations in her book A Soul's Journey. Kathrin leads us through this journey in four video presentations:

Introduction and Stations 1-3
Stations 4-6
Stations 7-10
Stations 11-14

For Groups

This course is designed for group study. We've formatted the material so that you can begin at the next step - then pause at the end of each video lecture and talk about what you've learned. Pick and choose the videos you want or proceed in the sequence we've designed - your call.

Included are two manuals you may find helpful - a Facilitator's Guide and a Participant's Guild. Both contain helpful material for your learning, including tips, prayers and discussion questions for each lecture. You may want to print these up and make copies before you proceed. You will notice that each video features a brief introduction, which the leader or someone else might want to read before each lecture.

Is this course downloadable? Parts of the course are - the Facilitator's Guide and a Participant's Guide. However, the video lectures, introductions, and other texts are only accessible online.
