Holy Habits
Lance is convinced that to lead well we need to live well – so Christians need to ‘own their own soul’ by developing beliefs, habits, and rituals that nurture the healthy and holy lives – the leadership will then follow.
The Space Between the Logs
Logs cannot burn without adequate space around them – cram to much together and your fire will be clenched. A big part of Christian health is doing, and not doing, the right things.
Build a Treliss

Lance Witt is the founder of REPLENISH ministries. He is often called a Pastor’s Pastor. REPLENISH is dedicated to helping pastors pay attention to their soul, lead spiritually healthy lives and build spiritually healthy teams. Lance served 20 years as a senior pastor before serving 6 years as an Executive/Teaching pastor at Saddleback Church in Southern California. While at Saddleback, he had the responsibility of leading Saddleback’s Spiritual Growth Campaigns, such as 40 Days of Purpose and 40 Days of Community.
